On Tuesday 21st June, we’re set to attend the 2016 Claims Forum in London. It will be the 11th year that this B2B Insurance conference has been held and it promises a wide range of content and a stellar line-up of 25 industry experts, in addition to networking opportunities with over 160 claims professionals.

As we provide claims visibility solutions to leading insurers and Lloyds Syndicates, we strive to keep abreast of the challenges facing the industry in order to closely align our product development roadmap.

In particular we will be paying close attention to topics around the need to create claims excellence for customers by building trust and transparency. Technology plays a vital role in the pursuit of customer loyalty as it’s often the key to providing a streamlined customer experience, so we look forward to hearing more insights from an end customers perspective.

Moreover, as Adjuno are in the business of delivering cutting-edge web technology, we are naturally enthusiastic about learning and sharing views around how new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain can be harnessed to prevent fraud and put transparency back into the supply chain.

If you are also planning on attending we welcome the opportunity to meet other experts in the insurance industry, so if you see an Adjuno badge, please feel free to say hello.
