We are delighted to be named as one of the 25 most promising Insurance solution providers of 2016 in The Asia Pacific Region by APAC CIO Outlook magazine. The list highlights some of the most prominent organisations in the Insurance software industry who are capable of leading their clients towards excellence by supporting them beyond an advisory level.

The current edition of APAC CIO Outlook highlights Adjuno’s ability to build, develop, deliver and support a comprehensive, configurable and scalable Insurance software solution, which is accessed through a single cloud platform. Our Claims Fulfilment platform connects insurers with suppliers and provides visibility of claims status to all parties in one place, providing customers with a better experience and reducing claims leakage and cost.

In the insurance sector, the end customer experience is highly critical and managing policy holder’s claims and ensuring suppliers are doing the right things at the right time is very important. Even more so during complex claims where multiple 3rd parties are involved such as; managing agents, claims handlers, brokers and loss adjusters. A claim is the defining moment for a customer and how they’re treated determines their loyalty towards the brand, so an insurer must get it right.

Duncan Grewcock, who is our COO for the APAC Region commented…“By combining our unique understanding of supplier relationship management across retail and insurance markets, we are able to provide best practice solutions that positively impact customer experience.”
