The easier it is to access and understand data, the better informed your supply chain and manufacturing decisions will be. Software dashboards are invaluable for making key performance metrics available at-a-glance. They assist in generating timely output in the face of uncertain demand, complicated processes, and variances in input. Why would you not use a supply chain dashboard to keep tabs on your operations?
