Adjuno in General Insurance Summit

The General Insurance Summit is the leading event in the insurance industry, offering two days of fresh and exciting content to address the market-critical issues affecting the insurance market today and in the future.  It was an ideal event for adjuno to attend and exhibit at, in order to showcase our claims fulfilment platform and debut our new company name, adjuno.

It was a packed two day conference that took place on 17th and 18th November in London and it incorporated a breadth of sessions on both strategy and future outlook from some of the most senior and influential leaders in the industry.

The Summit is the pinnacle of innovation and strategic thinking in the business, and at adjuno, we are keen to stay abreast of all the challenges that the industry faces, so that we can align our insurance product innovations and strategy.

A key topic that was explored was the need to put customers at the centre of insurers thinking, which can be difficult against a backdrop of increased competition, squeezed margins, economic uncertainty, and continued regulatory and legal change.

That’s why we wanted to be there to talk about our insurance claims fulfilment platform, as it’s used by leading global insurers and Lloyd’s syndicates to enhance the customer experience. It’s used to connect entire claims networks made up of third party suppliers and managing agents, as well as guiding handlers through the progression of a claim. Our platform speeds up claims processing as all vital information is shared online, via alerts, dashboards and reporting. And, our customers claim upto 6 x ROI through reduced claims leakage.

We also plan to attend the same event next year as it’s a great opportunity for idea sharing and networking.

Hopefully we will see some of you there in 2016.
