UK – Graduate Developer

Working in Software Development

Whether a Development Team is working on developing product or creating bespoke solutions for specific client, it is part of the same overall Development organisation, responsible for all aspects of Adjuno’s full software development lifecycle. Developers, Testers, Business Analysts and Product Managers work together in an evolving environment, adopting industry best practice to scale to the demands of a growing client base.

What you will be doing

You will be involved in designing and building Adjuno’s next generation software for both bespoke and product based offerings. You will face varying complexities of problems, from integrating product features into bespoke applications to solving bugs in live systems. You will therefore need good .NET and SQL programming skills with the ability to grow and develop skills in web technologies. 

What you will need to be successful

  • The technical skills to write and maintain applications in T-SQL and either C# or VB.NET
  • Excellent communication skills for working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • A proactive approach to learning and work
  • An innovative mind-set

UK – Test Automation Engineer

Creating the Test Team

This is an exciting part of our growth and an opportunity to be part of building out a formalised Test Team at Adjuno, using a mixture of near shore and off-shore resources.

What you will be doing

As the testing is currently manually driven, we are looking for someone that can write automation testing scripts and frameworks in a cloud environment. You will be ensuring effective and efficient testing procedures are integrated into Adjuno ensuring quality at all levels.

You will be active throughout the development life-cycle, embedding testability into all facets of the product designs and requirements from the off-set.

What you will need to be successful

* Ability to develop test automation scripts in a cloud environment

* Demonstrable understanding of continuous integration

* Ability to pro-actively overcome challenges and resolve problems

UK – Senior DBA (SQL)

Working in Software

What you will be doing

You will face varying complexities of problems, from managing database backup and restorations to adopting new database technologies. You will therefore need strong SQL programming skills

What you will need to be successful

  • Demonstrable Performance & Optimisation Skills
  • Strong Architectural , Configuration & Installation of SQL Server with understanding of all SQL Server Editions.
  • Strong Development Skills ( T- SQL / PowerShell / Command Shell )
  • An understanding of Cloud providers , Benefits of Migrating to the cloud
  • Understanding the benefits of Machine Learning and Data Lakes
  • Experience of Migrating databases from various versions (Physical to Virtual/ Premises to Cloud, Standard Edition to Enterprise)

UK – Junior People Partner (Junior HRBP)

Working in the People Operations Team

As Adjuno is going through a period of growth you will be involved in building the structures, processes and initiatives that the business will run on in aspects relating to People Operations (HR). No two days will be the same!

The People Operations team support the full employee life-cycle in the form of operational and strategic people management with a focus on enabling and engaging all employees.

What you will be doing

You will be involved in all aspects of People Operations throughout the full employee life-cycle. We actively support the business in recruitment activities so you will participate in sourcing, advertising and interviewing always ensuring the best possible talent is brought into the Adjuno.

Alongside this you will get involved in all aspects of employee relations including support for the Adjuno Culture & Engagement Council, employee engagement survey, performance management and on-boarding of new employees.

Underlying this role is the need to ensure all administration is kept up to date and compliant. This will involve supporting the selection and introduction of a new HRIS as well as reviewing and updating employment policies.

What you will need to be successful

* An applied understanding of contemporary HR practices

* Solid knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application

* Clear, concise communication style

* Ability to take initiative, turning ideas into solutions
