UK – Administrator

Working in the Business Operations Team

In the Adjuno Business Operations Team, no two days are the same. 

You will be involved in a broad scope of responsibilities that build and maintain the professional front of Adjuno, alongside keeping fundamental business processes operational.

What you will be doing 

You will provide front office support, answering, screening and transferring calls alongside greeting visitors, as well as support with internal approvals, travel bookings and co-ordinating meeting resources.

This role has some administrative responsibilities to the People Operations team, so keeping employee information accurate and up to date whilst respecting confidentiality is essential.

What you will need to be successful

Our successful candidate will have excellent, professional communication skills – you will be dealing with a variety of people through to C-level executives so getting key messages across clearly and effectively is fundamental to success.

You will demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality alongside taking a proactive approach to work and learning, understanding your direct stakeholder base and how you can support them in day-to-day operations.

UK – DevOps Manager (Leeds & Langley)

Working in the Technical Team

To support Adjuno’s continued growth, you will be working in a team that it going through a transition from traditional ways of working and toolsets to an agile approach and continuously delivering cloud based applications via Azure.

This is an exciting time for the Technical Team and you will have the ability to really make a difference in this role and support the transformation.

What you will be doing

You will be planning and overseeing projects within your team, acting as liaison between the development team and Adjuno execs, ensuring realistic milestones and deadlines are set and achieved.

There is a big focus in this role tonsure the team delivers to pace, predictability and quality so you will be breaking down projects, planning them effectively and ensuring progress can be tracked and reported.

 What you will need to be successful

  • Ability to use Azure cloud services (VSTS, TFVC, ASP.NET Xamarin, API Services)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases
  • Strong familiarity with ASP.NET programming concepts and Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and guide others through large scale business change initiatives
