UK – Administrator (Langley)

Working in the Business Operations Team

What you will be doing

In Business Operations no two days are the same. You will be involved in a broad scope of responsibilities that build and maintain the professional front of Adjuno, alongside keeping fundamental business processes operational.

You will provide front of office support, answering, screening and transferring calls alongside greeting visitors, as well as support with internal approvals, travel bookings and co-ordinating meeting resources.

In addition you will be required to provide support to the General Manager for a wide range of tasks including Health & Safety and Office Security.

What you will need to be successful

Our successful candidate will have excellent, professional communication skills – you will be dealing with a variety of people through to C-level executives so getting key messages across clearly and effectively is fundamental to success.

You will demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality alongside taking a proactive approach to work and learning, understanding your direct stakeholder base and how you can support them in day-to-day operations.

HK – Key Account Manager / Director

Working in the Key Accounts Team

The Key Accounts Team is the powerhouse of Adjuno’s customer satisfaction and retention function. As we are going through a period of growth, the Key Accounts Team will be focused on achieving and exceeding the client business satisfaction and growth forecast, nurturing existing portfolios of key accounts, doing business based on high standards of customer service and building consultative long standing relationships rather than a “quick sell” approach.

What you will be doing

You will help drive business growth and customer experience through proactive, successful pipeline management and leadership of a Key Account delivery team including business analysis and project management resource. As part of the commercial team you will hold account management responsibilities for a number of assigned accounts, delivering growth and building strong client relationships, accountable for the growth and customers satisfaction in any of their global user base.

What you will need to be successful

  • Excellent mentoring, communication and negotiation skills up to C-level
  • Proactive, positive ‘can do’ attitude in the face of challenges and change
  • Ability to influence and build long-term relationships with customer contacts at all levels
  • Strong sense of commercial acumen through knowledge of industry best practice
