UK – Delivery Consultant

Working in the Delivery Team 

The Delivery team at Adjuno are going through an exciting time as we establish new ways of working to support a broad set of Products.

Day to day, the team drive delivery of projects through successfully translating customer processes into practical requirements that enable set up and configuration of the Adjuno product suite for both new and existing customers.

What you will be doing

Initially you will focus on becoming an expert in the Adjuno product suite, enabling you to act as an interface between Adjuno customers and our internal teams. You will be faced with the challenge of aligning our customer needs to the product operations whilst effectively documenting requirements for configuration and ensuring a successful delivery.

Given your direct involvement and interaction with customers you will have the opportunity to work with our Solutions team to advise on what our customers are looking for both now and in the future, using these ideas and discussions to enhance the Adjuno products and make them future fit!

UK – Product Manager

Working in the Product Management Team

The Product team is the powerhouse behind Adjuno solutions. Its mission is to convert the strategic product vision into modular components that can be deployed together, providing customers with a solution configured for their needs and based on a single product suite and roadmap.

This is a technical team that works at a fast pace. It requires self-organizing individuals who work with a variety of stakeholders across the business using their drive and initiative to inspire those around them to produce quality and innovative software.

What you will be doing

You will use a customer-focused mindset to produce quality enterprise software that provides useful insights based on intelligence. Working closely with Solution Owners you will be responsible for meeting customer and market requirements with software that makes appropriate use of technology such that your products are modern, leading, quality and good value.

This role involves effective communication with many different stakeholders. Being confident in talking about your products and their development, often needing to relay complex information simply is a key aspect of the role.

What you will need to be successful

  • Confidence working with and leading onshore and offshore teams
  • Technical appreciation for how cloud-based Software-as-a-Service products are built, hosted and operated at global scale
  • Driven to be better than “Good Enough”
  • Able to quickly pick up key parts of subject matter expertise relevant to the product being worked on, using a variety of sources including in-house subject matter experts
  • An open mind to ways of working and participation in continuous process improvement

UK – Solution Owner

Working in the Solutions Team

The Solutions Team is the innovation hub of Adjuno, undertaking research and liaising with customers to ensure the Adjuno product stays future fit and relevant to our customers business. Solutions Team owns product content and works closely with Product and Commercial Teams to define the strategy from product conception through to go-to-market.

What you will be doing

You will have responsibility for owning the product content in the PLM remit. This will involve using your expertise in the practicalities of critical path, product development and sample management processes to form a viable software solution, taking account of commercial priorities.

Internally, you will be feeding industry trends and projections into the product road map. Externally you will be demonstrating these solutions to prospective customers, allowing them to see and understand the value our product can bring to their business, always looking out for feedback of how we could enhance the product to better fit industry demands.

What you will need to be successful

  • Expertise in retail PLM
  • Ability to take initiative, turning ideas into solutions
  • Demonstrate a persuasive communication style with the ability to influence others

UK - Graduate Application Support Analyst

Working in the Application Support Team 

The Application Support team sits within Customer Support, the hub of Adjuno’s client-centric software support. Application Support and Customer Support analysts work together in virtual rotating teams with ownership of specific support areas.  This role sits within a team that is critical to business success, who are bringing into focus pro-active customer engagement in addition to traditional reactive support.

What you will be doing

You will be analysing and troubleshooting 2 nd line incidents raised internally and directly by customer support teams. You will be scheduling and completing configuration requests, which will include setting up and maintaining new applications and interfaces and deploying new application fixes and enhancements. You will be communicating frequently with internal and external stakeholders, so the ability to relay complex information simply is fundamental to the role.

What you will need to be successful

You will be analysing and troubleshooting 2 nd line incidents raised internally and directly by customer support teams. You will be scheduling and completing configuration requests, which will include setting up and maintaining new applications and interfaces and deploying new application fixes and enhancements. You will be communicating frequently with internal and external stakeholders, so the ability to relay complex information simply is fundamental to the role.

  • Fluency in English.

HK - Application Support Manager

Working in the Customer Support Team

The Customer Support Team is the hub of Adjuno’s client-centric software support. Application Support and Customer Success work together in supporting a large list of well know customers, pro-actively as well as reactively.

The Application Support Team are spread across two offices in the UK , and one in Hong Kong. The 2nd line support team will work on resolving incidents and fulfilling requests within agreed timescales to meet SLA targets.

Outside of customer requests, the application support team are also involved with setting up new customer environments and deploying fixes and enhancements to existing customers.

What you will be doing

You will be analysing and troubleshooting 2 nd line incidents raised internally and directly by customer support teams. This will involve scheduling and completing configuration requests which include setting up and maintaining new applications and interfaces alongside deploying new application fixes and enhancements. You will be communicating frequently with internal and external stakeholders, so the ability to relay complex information simply is fundamental to the role.

With a growing company and team, a lot of time will be spent ensuring our processes grow or change where required. Efficiency with scalability will drive your plans to ensure the support team is heading in the right direction. Long term you may need to build out a team to support you in region, we will be looking for you to demonstrate the ability to manage people for all-round team success.

What you will need to be successful

  • Expert knowledge of supporting or developing complex SAAS applications
  • Ability to relay complex information simply to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new systems and processes
  • A trusting and professional approach to building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • This role requires 5 days per week

UK – Project Manager

Working in the Delivery Team

The Delivery Team sits in the centre of the business, acting as a bridge between customers, Developers and Product Team, ensuring that we provide customers with what they want, when they want it. The team consists of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers and off-shore Test Analysts to ensure a smooth project integration and launch.

What you will be doing

As the Project Manager across various Adjuno accounts, you will ensure the effective and efficient deployment of software solutions and changes through project management best practice.

You will oversee the full project life cycle including preparation of documentation and plans alongside management of task execution, capturing, tracking and unblocking project issues, ensuring the project remains on track with no compromise on quality.

Project Managers are customer facing so will need to actively think like a customer, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical communication as well as taking a measured approach to customer needs in line with broader Adjuno business plans.

What you will need to be successful
