Role Overview

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the full implementation of Adjuno’s software solution. It is customer facing role that involves in requirement gathering, writing specification documents and performing testing to ensure the specification requirements and standard are met, through to support and training during and after installation.

This role will also have line management responsibility for Project Executive(s) and would be accountable for the hiring, performance management and development of the individuals and team.

Role Content

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons:

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering solutions through risk management, identifying and highlighting areas of potential risk with possible actions
  • Liaise with customer technical and/or analytics teams to gather business requirements for the solution offering guidance and advice on products
  • Use customer requirements to build accurate and understandable specifications with minimal ambiguity for the development team to build bespoke aspects of solution
  • Work with the customer to conduct and build change impact assessments to ensure success and uptake of product.
  • Undertake testing of the solution ensuring it meets minimum viable product standards ensuring a smooth integration
  • Support the customer through going-live with the product, troubleshooting issues according to agreed SLAs, ensuring the customer can continually maximize use of the product
  • Provide effective user training that allows the customer to fully understand and utilise all functionality
  • Identify the clients future business needs proposing enhancements that will meet their requirements and secure further business
  • Management of Project Executive(s) through the full employee life-cycle providing direction and support to facilitate engagement and performance

 Requirements

  • University Degree – in Supply Chain, Business Administration, E-Logistics & Technology Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of work experience in Retail and/or Sourcing/ Supply Chain/ Merchandising and/or Business Systems Implementation Projects
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond appropriately, clearly getting to the core of messages, with a consideration for cultural adaptations
  • Able to define what success looks like for various projects and set documentation to achieve this
  • Relay complex information simply with the ability to tailor style for technical and non-technical audiences
  • SQL query skills is a Must

Knowledge

  • Ability to solve problems effectively using logic, analysis, past experiences and experimentation
  • Demonstrates an understanding of key stakeholder inclusion for effective and successful implementation
